Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a widget to my Home Screen?
Long-press on your Home Screen, tap the + button in the top corner, search for "OneLine", select your preferred widget size, and tap "Add Widget". You can then long-press the widget and choose "Edit Widget" to select which note to display.
How do I add a widget to my Lock Screen?
Long-press on your Lock Screen, tap "Customize", select your Lock Screen, and tap the widget area. Search for "OneLine" and add it. The Lock Screen widget always shows your pinned note.
What is the pinned note?
The pinned note is the one displayed on Lock Screen widgets. You can pin any note by opening it and tapping the pin icon in the toolbar. Only one note can be pinned at a time.
Why isn't my widget updating?
Widgets update automatically when you edit notes in the app. If a widget seems stuck, try opening the app and making a small edit to the note, or restart your device.
Can I sync notes between devices?
OneLine currently stores notes locally on your device. Cloud sync is not available at this time.
